Purchase a gift card and any dollar amount increment and a digital copy will be emailed to you for use. Please Zell 312-659-7326 and include your name and the amount you would like to purchase.
Cancellation Policy
A $20 Deposit required at time of booking . $100 deposit for Injection appointments. Zelle , Apple Pay or Cash App 312-659-7326 . Appointment does not exist if deposit is not received. No exceptions. Please allow 24 hours for cancellations or deposit will be forfeited. More than 1 no call no show or late cancellation will result in you not being able to rebook. Please note that there is free parking across the street at the Best Buy structure on the corner of Roosevelt and Jefferson. No extra guests allowed . .Dial 808 on pin pad to be buzzed in. All Services are non refundable , deposits are non transferable.
