Cancellation Policy
A $20 Deposit required at time of booking . $100 deposit for Injection appointments. Zelle , Apple Pay or Cash App 312-659-7326 . Appointment does not exist if deposit is not received. No exceptions. Please allow 24 hours for cancellations or deposit will be forfeited. More than 1 no call no show or late cancellation will result in you not being able to rebook.
